    raw shrimp
    1 bag frozen bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
    1/2 onion
    2 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp soy sauce (light)

Directions

stir fry onion, add peppers cook until tender to you liking, sprinkle with soy sauce, add chutney heat thoroughly, add cooked shrimp heat. Serve over rice
