Ingredients

    3/4 package Spaghetti noodles
    1 can Black beans (rinsed & drained)
    1 can or bag of frozen corn
    1/2 - 1 whole jar of World Table Chipotle Roja salsa
    3 tbsp Tofutti Better than Cream Cheese
    1/4 cup Silk Almond Unsweetened
    Pinch of garlic (not calculated)

Tips

I used leftover salsa, about 3/4 of a jar. You can add more cream cheese or milk depending on how juicy and creamy you like it.


Directions

Boil 4-5 cups of water. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Stir occasionally on medium heat until cream cheese is thoroughly mixed.
