Ingredients

    1 400ml jar of PC Blue Menu Korma sauce.
    1 340g package of PC Tre Formaggi Shredded Cheese
    Approx. 15 Unico oven-ready lasagna noodles.
    4 cups cooked, seasoned, boneless, skinless chicken thighs (breast could also be used)

Tips

To keep with the theme, I use coriander seed, garlic and onion pepper to season the chicken while cooking.
For juicier chicken, use water rather the oil while cooking.


Directions

Slice up chicken in to bike sized chunks, and cook on medium heat, seasoned to taste until chicken is cooked thoroughly (approx. 15 - 20 minutes).

Layer ready-to-cook lasagna noodles, 4 tbsp of Korma sauce, cheese and chicken. This recipe allows for four layers of noodles. Top with remainder of the sauce, and cheese, and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
