Introduction

Made this to go over a kale salad. Based on a Martha Stewart Recipe, but Modified from the original version. Could also add some cayenne or hot sauce to spece this up. Ingredients

    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Apple Cider Vinegar, 4 tbsp
    Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Adam’s 100% Natural peanut butter, Creamy, 4 tbsp

Tips

Serve over a chopped kale/carrot/bell pepper salad. Or be creative. This could also be excellent over some chicken or a grain/pasta dish if you fancy a peanut sauce.


Directions

Mix all ingredients until smooth with a whisk in a bowl.

Store in the fridge.



Serving Size: Makes ~12 1 tbs servings - or 3/4 C total (you don't need a lot!)
