Ingredients

    1 serving dark red kidney beans
    4 tbsp fat free mayonnaise
    2 tbsp fat free sour cream
    1/3 cup celery, diced
    2 tbsp onions, chopped

Directions

Rinse and drain the kidney beans.
Mix sour cream and mayo until smooth.
Mix kidney beans, celery, onions and dressing.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.

    Great recipe, I used 1 15 oz. can of kidney beans, and 1/4 cp. sweet red onion, kept everything else the same. The info. at the top is a bit off! The recipe is a keeper. - 6/1/08

    i like this one better than the one our family made when I was a kid, it used hard cooked eggs in it, which I thought ruined the taste - 6/7/08

    The flavor is awesome, however the calorie count is way off as is the kidney bean count. It came out at 115 cal. per 1/2 cup serving. It's still a low count though and it tastes awesome, I had mine with a whole wheat tortilla. YUM! - 5/31/08
