Nutrition & Calorie Comments

The flavor is awesome, however the calorie count is way off as is the kidney bean count. It came out at 115 cal. per 1/2 cup serving. It's still a low count though and it tastes awesome, I had mine with a whole wheat tortilla. YUM!
I love kidney bean salad but I add chopped egg white, green onion, and dill relish to mine with the celery plus I use fat free miracle whip and mustard in equal amounts to cut back on the calories and the fat. I don't like sour cream.
The ingredients call for 1 SERVING of kidney beans. I assume the nutritional breakdown is based on that (so that each serving includes 1/4 of a serving of beans--2 tablespoons?). While the recipe sounds good, it probably calls for a can of beans, so my guess is that the nutritional info is wrong.
?? I guess one SERVING of dark red kidney beans is quite different than one CAN of beans as I first assumed. Would really affect the calorie count.
This could be made vegan and then maybe it would be better and with less calories.
