Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Instead of Morning Star Crumbles I use TVP (texturized vegetable protein...you can't tell much of a difference once everything is cooked) ..as Morning Star is vegetarian and not vegan. It contains milk and eggs. It's still a bomb recipe though
I've made this but with Maverick Ranch Really low fat beef and it is super delicious . I also made it again last week and tried different beans this time and threw in a pkg of Frozen store brand Vegetable Gumbo (Okra, onions, peppers, corn) It was great. I will make this again.
I love it when Joey makes this. I too have made it a few times. I personally like to add more "hot" to it but hey, to each his own. Joan... don't apologize for adding meat to it.. .but... try it with grillers (vegetarian) just once... you won't miss the meat or the fat! :-)
