Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I'm going to swap out the broth for Trader Joe's low sodium vegetable broth. That should bring the sodium down to tolerable levels. That and using non-canned kidney beans.
Nice easy dish...little high onthe salt though.
The sodium level looks awfully high. i am suspectible to salt so this would be a treat for me.
