Ingredients

    1 C Brown Sugar
    1/2 C Splenda
    2 TB butter
    2 eggs
    4 very ripe bananas
    1 C greek yogurt
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/4 C flour
    1 1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    dash cloves
    dash nutmeg
    1/3 cup chopped nuts

Tips

Paper liners are fine, but they are denser than cupcakes, and stick a little. I would recommend spraying muffin tin heavily with low fat cooking spray, and roll out after cooling for 10 minutes. Enjoy!


Directions

Mix all wet ingredients, sift and fold in dry, fold in nuts and mini chocolate chips. Evenly distribute among 24 muffin cups. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
