Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 200 grams
    Nutralite Premium table spread, 10 gram(s)
    Granulated Sugar, 50 grams
    Coconut, grated, unsweetened, 50 gram(s)
    Cardamom, ground, 0.5 tsp

Tips

Do not scrape the base of the pan if it has turned brown.
Can be eaten chilled or hot.


Directions

1) Wash, peel and mash banana. Keep aside.
2) Take a wide pan. Add table spread.
3) Keep low flame, add banana and cook until browned.
4) Add granulated sugar and cook until carmalized.
5) Pound two cardamom and add.
6) Keep down, let it cool and add grated coconut.

Serving Size: Makes two heaped 1/2 cup servings
