    1 lb 94% Lean Ground Beef
    1 Egg
    2 tbs Italian style bread crumbs
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    0.5 tsp Ground Ginger
    0.5 Large Onion Chopped
    1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/2 Cup Ketchup
    1 tbs Canola Oil


Flip onto the plate while holding over the sink.


Preheat oven to 350.
Use canola oil to grease loaf pan.
Spread Brown sugar in the bottom of pan.
Spread ketchup on top of sugar.
Mix remaining ingredients thoroughly and form into loaf.
Place in prepared pan and press to fit.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
Remove from oven. Flip onto serving plate.
Slice and enjoy.
