    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lb (remove)
    Lamb, Cubed, 1 lb (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Turnips, 4 medium (remove)
    Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)
    Tomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz) (remove)
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 2 cup (remove)
    Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    Potato, raw, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)
    White Wine, 4 fl oz (remove)
    Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Bay Leaf, 1 grams (remove)


Sprinkle salt & pepper over the meat. Brown in a large skillet.

Put all of the ingredients in a crockpot - onions on the bottom, meat in the middle, other vegetalbes on top, tomato paste, broth, wine and seasoning over the whole.

Set the pot on low. Let cook 6-8 hours.

Serve hot.
