Ingredients

    tuna, 1 can, drained
    mayo, 2 tbs
pasta twists, cooked in a pinch of salt
1/2 red and 1/2 green peppers, chopped
    cheese, diced

Directions

boil pan of water, with a pinch of salt. add pasta when boiling and leave to cook for 8 mins, stirring occationally. while that is cooking, mix 1 can of tuna with 2tbs of mayonnaise, also de-seed and dice red and green peppers, and dice some cheese.
once pasta is cooked, add half of the pan to a large container, and add half the tuna mayo mix, peppers and cheese, stir until evenly distributed, then add the remaining ingredients and mix again.

for me this will make 6-8 small bowls full.

if desired you can add more or different veggies to suit you, i add the peppers for colour and texture, also the sweet red peppers curb my sweet tooth, and the chees curbs my desire for something fattening.
