    Rice Flour
    Tapioca starch
    potato starch
    powdered rice milk
    stevia packet
    salt
    egg whites
    applesauce
    water

Tips

stir well and between cups as it settles to the bottom of bowl.


Directions

Use no stick pan OR use oil of choice to cook them over medium heat...2 minutes on first side with lid on and then 1 minute on opposite side lid off.
