Ingredients

1 C cold water
1 C cold unsweetened apple juice
2 C spinach
2 apples, chopped
2 pears, chopped
1 T flax seed
1 T chia seed
1 C oats
dash of allspice
Tips
I usually drink this immediately. Any leftovers will thicken due to the chia seeds.
Directions
Add water, apple juice and spinach to blender.
Blend enough to reduce spinach volume in blender.
Add apple and pears, blend well.
While blender is running carefully add in the flax and chia seeds and a dash of allspice.
Serve immediately.
*I use a Vitamix blender. If you are using a standard blender, you may wish to soak the oats in the liquid overnight, then proceed with the recipe as stated.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 1 quart.
