Ingredients

1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained and
chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 lb proscuitto, or ham, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic
2 cups broccoli florets
3/4 lbs whole what pasta
1 cup fresh or frozen peas
1/2 cup basil, thinly sliced
1/4 lb goat cheese, crumbled
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
In the serving bowl, combine tomatoes, oil, proscuitto, red pepper, basil, goat cheese, salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a large pot over high heat, bring the water to a boil. When the water is boiling, blanch the garlic for 30 seconds. remove and mince. Add to the serving bowl.
Add the broccoli to the water and cook for 3-4 minutes until crisp tender (use an insert for easy removal). Place in the serving bowl.
Add the pasta and cook for 7 minutes. Then add the peas and cook a minute more. Remove to the serving bowl. Add 2-3 TBLS water from the pot.
Stir the contents of the serving bowl. Serve hot. Top with the parmesan cheese.
