Ingredients

    brown rice
    onion
    chicken breasts
    turmeric
    ginger
    curry powder
    coconut milk
    bouillon cube or stock
    oil
    garlic

Tips

you can prepare rice seperately with the broth but i find it easier to add the rice to the curry


Directions

prepare broth in a pot, while broth is preparing,
in a large skillet sautee onions, spices and garlic in oil until browned, add chicken and sautee until golden on outside, add broth, rice and coconut milk bring to a boil, cover and simmer until desired consistency
