    Onions, raw, 0.125 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.33 cup, strips (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.25 cup, chopped

Directions

Put pork in baking pan and pour mixed ingredients over meat. Slow cook in oven at 250 F for 2 to 3 hours.
Shred and put in smaller containers for later use.
