    1 Trader Joe's Bagel Slim
    1 large egg
    1 slice Trader Joe's Smoked Gouda
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

watch the egg closely. If you dont cover it may explode and make a huge mess in your microwave. Also, if you leave the yolk in tact it will definatly explode, every single time. microwave time is based on 800 watt microwave.


Directions

split and toast bagel slim. Crack egg into microwave safe bowl, break yolk. add salt and pepper to egg. cover and microwave 1 minute (800watt.) remove bagel slim from toaster and set aside. If egg is still runny, microwave covered in 30 second intervals until set. place slice of gouda on the egg and microwave 30 more seconds. remove egg and cheese from bowl and add to bagel.
