Ingredients

    *Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, 2 lb(remove)
    *Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 1 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 3 cup
    Garlic, .125 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Beans (snap), 2 cup
    *Better than Bullion (Chicken), 2 tsp
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    *Lemon Juice, .25 cup
    *Onion powder, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
    1 can of diced tomatoes

    Optional:
    tamarind fruit instead of lemon juice
    fish sauce instead of bullion

Directions

cut pork into 2" chunks, bones will be included. Put pork into slow cooker with 6 cups water along with chopped onion and chopped garlic. Cook on high 4 hours. Add remaining ingrediants: tomatoes, green beans, cabbage, bok choy, spinach, lemon juice, onion & garlic powder and cook for another 2 hours.
