    2 lb pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 C. low fat chedder or Colby cheese
    1 C. reduced fat Mayo (can sub Miracle Whip)
    1 can Red fat cream of mushroom soup
    2 C. reduced fat cheese crackers


We have also done this with leftover chicken, turkey or ham added in. Another topping idea would be french fried onions but I do not do this because of the added fat content.


steam or boil broccoli
mix remaining ingredients (Not crackers) together in large bowl. When broccoli is cooked to taste mix with other ingredients, and spread in a cassarole dish. crumble cracker of the top.
Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
