Introduction

Decadent but worth it! Decadent but worth it!

Ingredients

    3 oranges
    3 dates
    1/4 cup mint
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1tsp olive oil
    1 tbs flaked almonds
    .5 cup cous cous
    6 spears asparagus
    2 cups rocket
    1 TBS morrocan seasoning
    600 grams white fish

Directions

Toss 2 oranges, dates, mint. cinnamon and olive oil in bowl.
Make cous cous, add juice & zest of third orange.

Steam beans and asparagus and add to cous cous with rocket


Panfry fish with morrocan seasoning, 3 mins on each side

Serve
