Introduction

Ingredients

    15 oz canned pumpkin
    3/8 cup brown sugar
    3/16 cup Splenda Brown sugar blend (equiv to 3/8 cup)
    (equals 18tsp)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or more to taste)
    8 oz Fat Free Cool Whip
    6 oz Fat free Greek Yogurt

Tips

Serve with apples, nut crisps, graham or animal crackers, or use as a spread on breakfast/dessert breads, pancakes or waffles.


Directions

Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, brown sugar blend, vanilla and spices, blend well. Mix in Yogurt. Fold in cool whip and chill until ready to ear.
