1/2 cup equals 2 Points Plus 1/2 cup equals 2 Points Plus

Ingredients

    4 cups low fat milk
    1 egg
    1 cup uncooked brown instant rice
    1 4 serving box cook n'serve sugar free vanilla pudding mix
    pinch salt
    dash cinammon
    dash nutmeg

Tips

Let cool down for at least 1/2 hour before putting in frig.


Directions

spray medium saucepan with cooking spray. In cold pan add milk, egg and pudding mix. Whisk until combined. Place on medium heat, add uncooked rice. Stir frequently on medium heat until it comes to a boil. turn off heat. Add Spices and stir. Cool in frig with plastic wrap on surface to prevent skin from forming.
