Ingredients

    1 sleeve ritz crackers
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup butter
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 T lemon juice
    dash salt
    3 T white wine
    1/4 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Mix ingredients in the order in which they appear in the recipe. Arrange raw shrimp in baking pan/dish. Place dollop of stuffing on each shrimp. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: makes enough to stuff 16 jumbo shrimp
