Finally, a shake that you don't feel guilty about eating! It's easy and very fast to make. It's filling too. Finally, a shake that you don't feel guilty about eating! It's easy and very fast to make. It's filling too.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup of 2% milk
    8-12+ ice cubes (add more ice to make it thicker)
    3-4 packets of a no calorie sweetner (like splenda)
    About 0.5-0.75 tbs Vanilla Extract

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Then all you have to do is blend it until about all the ice is gone. Makes 1 serving.

    I USED SILK ALMOND MILK INSEAD OF 2% THAT DROPPED TH CAL. TO 60 THE ALMOND WITH THE VANILLA WAS PRETTY GOOD.THANKS - 2/17/10
