Introduction
This is my favorite lunch to make when I remember to bring all of the ingredients into the office. I grill the whole sandwich on my office panini grill. Ingredients

Giant Eagle Hearty Rye Bread, 2 slices
Low Sodium Low Fat Turkey Breast, 3 oz
Low Fat Swiss Cheese, 1 slice
Sauerkraut, 1/2 cup
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Tips
Can also be made open-faced for a lighter lunch. I usually have the full sandwich on heavier workout days.
Directions
Keep in mind, this is made in my office at lunchtime. I use what I have available!
Drizzle 1/2 Tbsp olive oil on a plastic plate and smear 1 piece of bread around in the oil. Repeat with another 1/2 Tbsp olive oil and a second slice of bread. Line approx 3 oz of turkey on 1 slice of bread, oil side down (about 3 slices). Place 1 slice swiss on top of turkey. Add about 1/2 cup of sauerkraut on top of swiss. Cap with final slice of oiled bread, oil side up. Grill for about 5 minutes until HOT and crispy. Enjoy! You won't even miss the dressing - I certainly don't!
