Ingredients

1/2 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
1 1/2 cup Honey
2 tsp Salt
6 cup Sesame Seeds
4 cup Sunflower Seeds
2 cup Grated Coconut
1 cup Peanuts
Tips
The lady who gave me the recipe stressed the importance of EVENLY pressing the mixture into the pan. Using a rolling pin would be a good idea. Do not use toasted or roasted seeds.
Directions
Mix peanut butter, honey and salt and then add dry ingredients to the mixture and mix well. Press evenly into a 15 x 20 x 1 bun pan that has been coated with cooking spray and bake for 18 minutes at 350.
