I love the flavors in these burgers. I use the sandwich thins rather than hamburger buns to cut the calories, and still feel like I am not missing out on anything.These burgers are a great match for a side of sweet potato fries! Ingredients

Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz
Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original, 4 tbsp
Arnold 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins, 4 roll
Onions, 1 medium, sliced
Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Paprika, 1 tsp
Onion powder, 0.5 tsp
Garlic powder, 0.25 tsp
Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
Salt, 0.25 tsp
Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original, 2 tbsp (for topping)
Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz (for topping)
Tips
If you want to cut back on some calories, you can cut back on the extra cheese and BBQ sauce.
I lightly toast the buns before serving... gives it that extra special touch. =)
Directions
In a large bowl, combine turkey, BBQ sauce, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix until just combined, then make 4 burgers.
Preheat the grill or a skillet and cook the burgers until fully cooked. (I used a skillet and cooked the burgers about 8 minutes each side - they were juicy and not dried out).
While burgers are cooking, heat a skillet on medium heat and add olive oil. Add sliced onions with a pinch of salt and saute until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
When the burgers are ready, place on bun and top with cheese, onions, BBQ sauce and fresh romaine.
Serving Size: Makes 4 burgers
