Ingredients

    1/2 package 10oz. frozen spinach
    1 small apple, cored
    1 small tangerine( i used a cutie clemintine)
    2 Tbsp Polaner sugarfree Strawberry Preserves(optional for sweetness)(only 10 calories per Tbsp)
    1/2 cup 2% milk(what i have on hand)
    1/2 cup dry oatmeal
    1/2 cup water

Tips

can add protein powder also


Directions

Blend all ingredients together in blender, about 3-4 minutes. Depends on how well you like it blended, can mix longer. Pour in a glass and enjoy a filling Thickie breakfast smoothie.

Serving Size: filles a little over a 2 cup glass
