Ingredients

    1 pork tendeloin (approximately 2 pounds)
    1/4 cup oliv oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic
    3 tbsp of honey dijon mustard

Tips

I use the low sodium soy sauce


Directions

Mince garlic and then whisk all ingredients together. Let the tenderloin marinate for at least an hour and up to 24 hours prior to cooking. Cook at 375 for 45 to 60 minutes.
