Ingredients

    Ground beef *500 g / 1 pound
    Tomato juice no salt added 48 oz
    Tomato paste .5 can 13 oz
    Tomato sauce .5 can 13 oz
    Italian spices 2 tsp
    Celery flakes 1.5 tsp
    Onion flakes 1.5 tsp
    Salt 1
    Garlic powder 1/8 tsp
    Bay leaf 1

Directions

Put into a large pot tomato juice, tomato paste, tomato sauce and all spices. In a pan brown the ground beef. Strain the meat and add to the sauce. Simmer for 3 hours. Makes 8 serving.
