    1 cup shredded kale
    1 cup shredded red cabbage
    .5 cups chopped celery
    1 small apple, chopped

    .25 cups olive or canola oil
    .25 cups pomegranate juice
    2 tsp sugar


Flavoured oils work very well in this recipe. I use olive oil flavoured with blood orange. Delicious!


Shred kale and cabbage, chop apples and celery, then mix all lightly together. Blend oil, pomegranate juice, and sugar, pour over vegetables and mix lightly.

Serving Size: Makes 4 to 6 servings
