Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Milk, 3.25%, .25 cup
    Flour, white, .25 cup
    Baking Soda .5 tsp
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp

    For frying: Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp


    TOPPING
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 2 tsp
    Butter, salted, 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients, adding baking soda last. Cook in a medium heat griddle. butter pancakes and top with splenda/pumpkin pie spice mixture
