Ingredients

    Use Betty Crocker Gluten Free Golden Cake Mix
    add 2/3c water
    1 motts unsweetened applesauce cup
    2 tsp vanilla
    11 tbsp egg white substitute

Directions

Add all ingredients (except banana) and beat with mixer on low for 30 seconds and then high for 2 minutes. Then cut the banana into chunks and add into batter. Bake at 350 for 23 minutes (I also used paper cups when baking).
