Ingredients

    3 lbs potatos, cubed
    3 cups water
    2 cups Chicken Broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
    16 slices turkey bacon, cooked & chopped
    1.5 cups sour cream, light
    1 cup 2% milk
    1 cup shredded cheese, light

Directions

Put all non-dairy ingredients in crock pot on high for 3-4 hours. Add milk & sour cream last 15 minutes of cooking. Garnish with cheese.

Serving Size: 8-2 cup servings.
