Ingredients

    1/4 Cup Steel Cut Oats
    1/4 Cup Bulgur
    1/4 Cup Quinoa
    1/4 Cup Flax Seed Meal
    1 Cinnamon Stick
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    3 tsp Cardamon
    1 Cup Chopped apple

    Optional: Honey, Almonds to dress up in the morning

    Add all ingredients to a greased or lined crockpot. Cook on low setting for 6-7 hours.

Directions

Place all ingredients in the crockpot for 6-7 hours on low.
