Ingredients

    1 Can of tomatoes with green chilies
    1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
    1 Cup water
    1/2 Cup frozen white corn
    1/2 Cup Black beans, canned, rinsed and drained
    1/3 cup dry lentils

Directions

Mix the bouillon with the water and bring to boil, add the canned tomatoes and the lentils. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover with a vented lid. Simmer for about 10 minutes.

Add the black beans and the corn. Simmer for another 10 minutes or so until the lentils are soft. Add seasonings like garlic powder, pepper, cumin.

Makes about 3 small servings.
