Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    1-pound package frozen meatballs
    4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    turnips
    celery
    cabbage
    mushrooms
    1 onion, chopped, if desired
    3 (14 oz). can ready to serve beef broth
    1 cup water
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    12 oz. can evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch

    Preparation:

    Put all ingredients except evaporated milk and cornstarch in a 4-5 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low 9-11 hours. Mix evaporated milk and cornstarch; add during last hour and cook until thoroughly heated and thickened. 4-6 servings
    If you have a new hotter cooking crockpot cook on low for 6-8 hours.
