    0.25 cup Milk, nonfat
    0.5 tbsp Onion powder
    0.25 tbsp Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp Salt
    16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    0.5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    0.5 tsp Lea & Perrin's Worchestershire Sauce

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Use a meatballer to create balls and put on a cookie sheet about 1" apart. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
