Introduction

Saute 2 boxes of sliced white mushrooms (use non-stick pan with pam) till browned. Remove from pan. Add chopped bacon to pan and diced chicken breast and cook till chicken browns slightly. Ingredients

    1 12 oz package of boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces.
    2 small boxes of sliced mushrooms
    1 slice of pre-cokked bacon, chopped fine
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 can Cambells fat free chicken gravy.
    1 small bay leaf
    1/2 teasp seasoned salt
    1/2 teasp Mrs. Grass Herb garlic season
    1/2 teasp dry parsley
    1/4 teasp black pepper

Tips

Good over noodles or toasted english muffin.


Directions

Saute mushrooms in non-stick pan (sprayed with cooking spray) till browned. Remove from pan. Add chopped bacon and chicken to pan and saute till sl. browned. Add wine to de-glaze pan. Add seasonings and gravy plus 1/4 can of water. Add mushrooms and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
