Ingredients

    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2.125 cup (1 can) (drained and rinse)
    *Lemon Juice, 30 mL
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Sun Dried Tomatoes, 3 piece
    Basil, 3 leaves
    Garlic, 1 clove
    2 tbsp water

Directions

add all ingredients into food processor, blend until smooth and serve with veggie or crackers.
