    1 cup fully cooked shredded chicken breast (you can use more, I just used what I had available)
    1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and chiles
    1/2 pkg fajita seasoning
    1 can water
    1 pkg elbow macaroni
    2 tbsp salt
    1 bag (10 oz) mixed green, yellow, and red bell pepper, with onion


Cook macaroni per package instructions. Set aside. Heat chicken, vegetables, Rotel, fajita seasoning, and water in a large covered skillet. Add macaroni. Cover and heat until all ingredients are heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1 cup servings
