Ingredients

    36 raw medium shrimp
    1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
    1/2 cup butter melted (or olive oil)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    6 wooden skewers

Tips

Substitute olive oil for a healthier version. Try different spices to jazz it up.


Directions

Heat the grill on low heat. Peel and devein the shrimp. Place 6 shrimp on each skewer. Chop the garlic. Melt the butter. Combine the butter and garlic, then brush over the shrimp. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste. Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook until shrimp are pink.
