Ingredients

    20 grape tomatoes, chopped
    1 Tbs. cilantro, freeze-dried
    1 dash salt
    1 Tbs. lime juice or lemon juice
    20 tortilla chips
    2 oz. mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Tips

To make the salsa spicey, add fresh jalepenos peppers to taste or red pepper flakes.


Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix tomatoes, cilantro, salt and lime juice in a small bowl. Arrange chips flat on a baking sheet. Spoon fresh salsa on each chip. Top each chip with cheese. Bake until for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with fresh parsley.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
