    8 oz tub of cool whip free
    1 box sugar free instant butter scotch pudding mix
    1 large green delicious or fuji apples ( or more)
    2 large granny smith apples ( or more)


combine pudding mix and pineapples ( with juice) in large bowl. Mix well and set aside. dice apples into small pieces and combine with pudding mixture. fold in cool whip free till well mixed. Chill and serve.

    This was very good, especially after it had been refrigerated overnight. I used more apples than it called for, and you can use whichever kind you like. - 10/15/09
