Ingredients

1 lb boneless skinless Chicken Breast
.5 cups chopped onion
.5 cups green bell peppers
1 can chopped tomatoes (1 1/4cup)
1 sm can tomato sauce
2 tbsp splenda
1.5 tsp italian seasoning
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
fresh black pepper to taste
3 cups hot cooked whole wheat noodles
Directions
Cut chicken into manageable pieces, strips or cubes.
Spray large skillet with olive oil flavored cooking spray.
Saute Chicken Onion, and Green Pepper for 6 to 8 minutes.
Stir in drained tomatoes and tomatoe sauce.
Add Splenda, italian Seasoning, olives, and Black Pepper.
Mix well to combine, lower heat and simmer for 10 -15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To serve six, cover 1/2 cup pasta with 2/3 cup sauce
