Introduction

Add dried cherries or other fruit. alternate nuts.

Ingredients

    4 C old fashioned oatmeal
    1 C oil (I use nut oils)
    1 C brown sugar (I use honey or agave)
    Mix ingredients & keep over night
    Add 3 eggs beaten & fold in
    1C Coconut
    1C Walnuts ( I use hazlnuts, pecans and almonds)
    1C raisins/cranberries/cherries
    Mix
    Make small scoops on parchment paper
    Bake @350 F for 15 minutes
    Remove and storein airtight container
    Enjoy a healthy snack or for breakfast!

Tips

Ok to change oil type, nuts and dried fruit.
Can crumbl to make your own granola topping!

Bake at 350F for 15 min.
