Ingredients

    *Atlantic salmon steak, 4 serving (remove)
    1 Egg, beaten
    1 cup panko bread crumbs
    Mint jelly
    Thai hot chili sauce

Directions

Dip the salmon steak in beaten egg, then coat with panko crumbs. Broil at low 2' from heat for approx 8 minutes or until the fish separates with a fork. Flavor with equal amounts of mint jelly and hot chili sauce
