Ingredients

    5 - 4oz boneless pork chops
    1/2 Tbsp salted Butter
    1/4 c Kikkoman Teryaki Sauce & Marinade
    1/4 c blackberry wine
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    1/2 tsp dried Marjoram
    1/2 tsp black Pepper
    1 tsp Johnny's Seasoning Salt
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 c tap water

Tips

You may also add mushrooms, if desired. Serve over noodles if you want to, but this recipe does not inlude the noodles.


Directions

Melt butter in skillet. Add pork chops. Brown on both sides for abt 5 minutes each side. Add onions & sautee a little bit longer. Add spices, mustard, kikkoman, wine, & water. Cook on medium high heat until 1/2 the liquid is gone, then turn chops. Cook until it starts to sizzle again, then add another 1/4 c of water. Turn chops, cook for4 minutes, turn chops again & cook till liquid is gone.

Serving Size: Makes 5 - 4oz servings
